the voting rights of AllianceBernstein L.P., New York, USA, in Infineon
Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Germany, have exceeded the threshold of 5% and
now amount to 5.31% (corresponding to 39,837,793 voting rights). All of
these voting rights are to be attributed according to article 22 section 1
