informed us according to article 21 section 1 WpHG that on November 3, 2008
the voting rights of AllianceBernstein L.P., New York, USA, in Infineon
Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Germany, have fallen below the threshold of 5%
and now amount to 4.76% (corresponding to 35,692,855 voting rights). All of
these voting rights are to be attributed according to article 22 section 1
sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.

further informed us according to article 21 section 1 WpHG that on November

threshold of 5% and now amount to 4.76% (corresponding to 35,692,855 voting

rights). All of these voting rights are to be attributed according to
article 22 section 1 sentence 1 no. 6 and sentence 2 WpHG.

further informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on
November 3, 2008 the Voting Rights of AXA S.A., Paris, France, in Infineon
Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Deutschland, still exceed the threshold of 5%
and now amount to 5.45% (corresponding to 40,831,391 Voting Rights). All of
these voting rights are to be attributed according to article 22 section 1
sentence 1 no. 6 and sentence 2 WpHG.
