Infineon Technologies AG, Am Campeon 1-12, Neubiberg, Germany, exceeded the
threshold of 3% on August 13, 2007 and now amounts to 3.01% (22,514,850
shares). The voting rights are attributed to Fidelity Management & Research
Company according to sec. 22 (1) 1 No. 6 WpHG.
Summarizing and on behalf of, and as attorneys-in-fact for, FMR Corp., 82
Devonshire Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02109, USA, we hereby give notice
pursuant to sec. 21 (1) Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that the proportion
of voting rights of FMR Corp. in Infineon Technologies AG, Am Campeon 1-12,
Neubiberg, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on August 13, 2007 and
now, including the portion mentioned in the paragraph above, amounts to
3.01% (22,559,014 shares). The voting rights are attributed to Fidelity FMR
Corp. according to sec. 22 (1) 2 WpHG in conjunction with sec. 22 (1) 1 No.
6 WpHG.
