'We hereby give notice pursuant to sec. 21 (1) Securities Trading Act
(WpHG) that the proportion of voting rights of FMR Corp., 82 Devonshire
Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02109, USA, in Infineon Technologies AG, Am
Campeon 1-12, Neubiberg, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on August
31, 2007 and now amounts to 3,05% (22.881.790 shares). The voting rights
are attributed to FMR Corp. pursuant to sec. 22 (1) 1 No. 6 WpHG.'
