Takeover offer by Ipsos DACH Holding AG – Clearance by German Federal Cartel Office
Bonn, 20 December 2024 – infas Holding Aktiengesellschaft (“Company”) (ISIN DE0006097108 / WKN 609710) announces that the German Federal Cartel Office ( Bundeskartellamt ) today granted merger control clearance for the completion of the voluntary public takeover offer published on 7 October 2024 (“Takeover Offer”) by Ipsos DACH Holding AG, a wholly-owned direct subsidiary of Ipsos GmbH and a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Ipsos S.A., Paris.
With clearance by the German Federal Cartel Office ( Bundeskartellamt ), the last and only closing condition of the Takeover Offer has been fulfilled. Therefore, the Takeover Offer is expected to be settled shortly.
