The sender is solely responsible for the contents of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Hunzinger Information forecasts revenues of DM 55.3 million and earnings of DM 4 million in 2001 – Booked business currently at DM 32.5 million Frankfurt am Main, January 22, 2001 – Neuer Markt-listed Hunzinger Information AG is pleased to report incoming orders of DM 16.5 million for its PR division and DM 2.75 million for the “infas” Institute (Bonn/Bad Godesberg). The press photo agency action press gmbh & co. kg (Hamburg) also intends to contribute DM 13.3 million in 2001, taking booked business to DM 32.5 million at the end of the first month alone. Excluding acquisitions and revenues generated by the company’s newly established Eastern European network, Hunzinger is forecasting consolidated revenues of DM 55.3 million, with earnings from ordinary activities of at least DM 4 million. Hunzinger Information AG’s shareholders include Agathon GmbH, a joint venture between BGAG Beteiligungsgesellschaft der Gewerkschaften AG and Deutscher Beamtenbund (DBB), as well as M-Dax-listed Gold-Zack AG and company founder Moritz Hunzinger.
