Indutrade acquires supplier of building site preparation products
Indutrade today signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in Svenska Geotech AB, a niche company in the infrastructure segment with sales of approximately SEK 40 million. Svenska Geotech imports and supplies building site preparation and civil engineering products. The largest product groups are bentonite, geotextiles, piping and water/wastewater products, its own Gabiola and Geobes brands, and drainage products.
Possession will be transferred today, and the company will be part of Indutrade's Industrial Components business area. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade's earnings per share.
