Indutrade makes asset acquisition in Finland

Indutrade's subsidiary Recair Oy in Finland has acquired the Pro air handling business from Enervent Oy, with annual sales of approximately SEK 17 million.

The business manufactures air handling systems including automation, which complements Recair's existing product range well.

The air handling business will be a part of Recair Oy, which is part of Indutrade's Engineering & Equipment business area. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade's earnings per share.
