Indutrade acquires Swiss pharma application company

Indutrade today signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in Krämer AG, Switzerland, with annual sales of approximately SEK 70 million.

Krämer is a leading manufacturer and supplier of equipment for the pharmaceutical solid dose market worldwide and the inventor of the tablet and deburring deduster.

Possession will be transferred this month, and the company will be part of Indutrade's Special Products business area. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade's earnings per share.
