Indutrade acquires technical sales company in Sweden

Indutrade today has acquired all of the shares in Techno Skruv AB, Värnamo, Sweden, with annual sales of approximately SEK 70 million.

Techno Skruv is a niche company with a strong market position in the area of customer specific fasteners and mechanical components. Their customers are in the engineering, energy and vehicle industry.

Organisationally Techno Skruv will be part of the Industrial Components business area, which had net sales of SEK 1,401 million in 2008.

The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade's earnings per share.
