Change in Industrivärden's management team

On August 1, 2018, Martin Hamner will leave his position as Chief Financial Officer. The change is a natural consequence of Industrivärden's developed strategy, which has resulted in among other things, that the treasury operations have been substantially simplified and that the trading and derivative operation have been discontinued. Martin Hamner has worked at Industrivärden since 2008 and he will assist the company during a transitional period until December 31, 2018. The recruitment of a replacement will begin immediately.

"Martin Hamner has for ten years done a solid job in his capacity as Industrivärden's CFO and he has been an important resource in recent years' strategy development. I want to thank Martin for valuable efforts and I wish him all the best in his new challenges," says Industrivärden's CEO Helena Stjernholm.
