Dear Sir,
In accordance with Regulation 29 and 33(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 18[th] May 2023 to consider and approve, inter alia to consider and approve Audited Standalone and consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31[st] March 2023 along with auditors report.
We shall intimate the Exchange the audited financial statements and details of dividend, if any, as recommended by the Board after conclusion of the afore-said Board meeting.
As intimated by our window closure notice dated 31[st] March 2023, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed for all directors/officers/designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives from 1st April 2023 till 48 hours after announcement of financial results i.e upto 20[th] May, 2023 (both days inclusive).
