This is to inform you that Dr. T. T. Ram Mohan (DIN: 00008651) ceases to be the ‘Non-Executive Independent Director’ of the Bank, with effect from the close of business hours Saturday, May 11, 2024, upon completion of his tenure.

The Board of the Directors of the Bank placed on record their utmost appreciation and gratitude for the meaningful contribution made by Dr. T. T. Ram Mohan during his tenure with the Bank.
