In Chhattisgarh, over 42 lakh applications have been received for enrolment as on July 25. In the last kharif season, a total of over 44 lakh applications were received. In Maharashtra, where enrolment is to continue until July 23, insurance companies have received over 75 lakh applications under PMFBY as on July 25, as against a total of 1.08 crore during last kharif season. Applications are always higher than the number of farmers as same farmers with multiple land holdings apply separately for each land.

Earlier this month, the Centre wrote to the state governments seeking their views on including the so-called 'Beed formula'as an option under PMFBY amid several states developing cold feet on the scheme. The Centre in February last year had changed the guidelines and allowed states option of threeyear contract with insurers on the premium charged in crop insurance. States also can continue with the existing system of inviting bids for premium every year, as per the guidelines. Under the 'Beed formula', also known as the 80-110 plan, the insurer's potential losses are circumscribed - the firm won't have to entertain claims above 110% of the gross premium. The insurer will refund the premium surplus (gross premium minus claims) exceeding 20% of gross premium to the state government. Of course, the state government has to bear the cost of any claims above 110% of the premium collected to insulate the insurer from losses, but such higher level of claims rarely occur, so the states reckon the formula in effect reduces their cost to run the scheme. In case the claims reach 60% of premium collected under the 80-110 plan, the insurance company will have to refund 20% to the state government and if the claims are 70%, the refund to state will be 10%. In case of claims above 80%, the

पुणे : खडकवासला धरण साखळी प्रकल्पातील चारही प्रमुख धरणांच्या पानलोट क्षेत्रामध्ये धुवाधार पाऊस झाल्याने धरणांत २१.९२ अब्ज घनफु ट (टीएमसी) पाणीसाठा जमा झाला आहे. पुणे शहरासाठी धरणांतून वर्षभरात प्रत्यक्षात १८ टीएमसी पाणी उचलले जाते. हे प्रमाण लक्षात घेता शहराला वर्षभर पुरेल इतके पाणी धरणांत जमा झाले आहे. गेल्या वर्षी याच कालावधीत ( २५ जुलै) धरणांत ९.७९ टीएमसी एवढा पाणीसाठा होता. यंदा तो तब्बल १२ टीएमसीने अधिक आहे.

खडकवासला धरण साखळी

धरणांची मिळून एकूण क्षमता २९ टेमघर आणि खडकवासला या चारही धरणांतून शहराला पाणीपुरवठा केला टीएमसी एवढी आहे. सध्या २१.९२ जातो. गेल्या वर्षी याच कालावधीत टीएमसी पाणीसाठा असल्याने धरणांच्या पानलोट क्षेत्रामध्ये पावसाचे पुणेकरांचे पाण्याचे संकट कमी झाले प्रमाण कमी होते. त्यामुळे चारही प्रमुख आहे. दरम्यान, पावसाचा जोर ्वाढल्यास धरणातून पाणी सोडण्यात धरणांतील पाणीसाठा ९.७९ टीएमसी एवढा होता. जोरदार पावसामुळे येईल, अशी माहिती जलसंपदा खडकवासला धरणातून नदीपात्रात विभागाकडून देण्यात आली. रविवारी पाण्याचा विसर्ग सुरू करण्यात आला सायंकाळी पाच होता. मात्र शनिवारपासून पावसाचा खडकवासला धरणाच्या पाणलोट क्षेत्रात २३ मिलीमिटर, पानशेतमध्ये जोर कमी झाल्याने धरणातून होणारा २८ मिलिमिटर, वरसगांव धरणाच्या विसर्ग कमी करण्यात आला. रविवारी धरणातून पाण्याचा विसर्ग बंद पाणलोट क्षेत्रात २४ तर टेमघर करण्यात आल्याची माहिती जलसंपदा धरणाच्या क्षेत्रात ६० मिलिमिटर विभागाकडून देण्यात आली. पावसाची

चारही धरणांत मिळून सध्या विभागाकडून करण्यात आली.

कामाच्या अनियमिततेवरून ठेकेदारावर कारवाई

पिंपरी : पिंपरी-चिंचवड शहरात तीन क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयाअंतर्गत रस्ते व गटर सफाईचे काम करणाऱ्या 'गुरुजी इन्फ्रा' या संस्थेचे ठेके रद्द करण्याचे आदेश महापालिका आयुक्त राजेश पाटील यांनी दिले आहेत. सततच्या तक्रारी आणि कामात अनियमितता आढळून आल्याने आयुक्तांनी ही कारवाई केली आहे. त्यांच्याकडील कामकाज इतर तीन संस्थांना विभागुन देण्यात आले आहे.

पालिकेच्या फसवणूकप्रकरणी १५ जणांवर गुन्हा

पिंपरी पालिकेची फसवणूक केल्याप्रकरणी गुरुजी इन्फ्रा संस्थेच्या १५ जणांविरुद्ध गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला आहे. सफाई कामासाठी नियुक्त केलेल्या कामाकरिता नेमलेल्या कामगारांना कमी प्रमाणात वेतन देणे, त्यांच्या सह्या घेऊन बँकेच्या खात्यातील रक्कम काढून घेणे, आदी स्वरूपाच्या तक्रारी महापालिकेच्या वतीने पोलिसांकडे करण्यात आल्या आहेत.

चिंचवड महापालिका क्षेत्रात १६५ जणांना करोनाची लागण झाली आहे. पुणे जिल्ह्याच्या होऊन घरी गेले.

करणाऱ्या कर्मचाऱ्यांना वेतन वेळेत करण्याचे आदेश दिले. त्यांच्याकडील मिळत नव्हते. संस्थेकडून दैनंदिन काम इतर संस्थांना देण्यात आले कामकाज व्यवस्थितपणे होत नव्हते. आहे. 'फ' क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयाचे यावरून पालिकेकडे सातत्याने तक्रारी कामकाज 'तिरुपती इंडस्ट्रीयल सर्विसेस' संस्थेला, 'ग' क्षेत्रीय येत होत्या. संस्थेच्या कामाची चौकशी करण्यासाठी समिती नियुक्त करण्यात कार्यालयाचे कामकाज 'शुभम उद्योग' संस्थेला आणि 'ह' क्षेत्रीय आली. समितीने दिलेल्या अहवालात संस्थेतील त्रटी उघड झाल्या. कार्यालयाअंतर्गत असणारे कामकाज 'परफेक्ट फॉसिलिटी सर्विसेस' या या पार्श्वभूमीवर, आयुक्तांनी गुरुजी इन्फ्रा संस्थेचे काम तत्काळ बंद संस्थेला देण्यात आले आहे.

पोलीस आयुक्त कृष्ण प्रकाश यांनी याबाबत माहिती दिली. बँकेचा रोखपाल रोहित बिनदास काटे, शिपाई रोहित महादेव गुंजाळ, आनंद चंद्रकांत मोरे, सचिन शिवाजी सुर्वे ( सर्व राहणार, पिंपरी) अशी अटक करण्यात आलेल्या आरोपींची नावे आहेत. शनिवारी मध्यरात्री बँकेचे एटीएम फोडण्यात आले. पोलिसांना

पुणे : मुदतठेवीवर चांगला परतावा देण्याच्या आमिषाने ठेवीदारांची रक्कम परत न करणाऱ्या साहिल रिसोर्ट अँड स्पा इंडिया लिमिटेड या कंपनीला ग्राहक आयोगाने तडाखा दिला. ठेवीदारांनी गुंतवलेली रक्कम व्याजासह परत करण्याचे आदेश आयोगाने दिले.

अतिरिक्त जिल्हा ग्राहक तक्रार निवारण आयोगाचे अध्यक्ष जे. व्ही. देशमुख, सदस्य शुभांगी दुनाखे, अनिल जवळेकर यांनी याबाबतचे आदेश दिले आहेत. सुखदा साठे आणि जयंत श्रीधर साठे यांनी साहिल रिसोर्ट अँड स्पा इंडिया लिमिटेडविरोधात ग्राहक आयोगाकडे दावा दाखल केला होता. साठे यांच्याकडून ॲड. ज्ञानराज संत यांनी बाजू मांडली. तक्रारदार ज्येष्ठ नागरिक आहेत. त्यांनी संबंधित कंपनीकडे २०११-१२ मध्ये एकूण दहा लाख रुपये गुंतवले होते. गुंतवणुकीवर तीन वर्षांच्या मुदतीसाठी साडेबारा टक्के व्याजदर देण्याचे आमिष दाखविण्यात आले होते. मुदतठेवीनंतर व्याजासह $||$

परत न दिल्यास मुदतठेवीवर १५ टक्के दरमहा, तिमाही, सहामाही स्वरूपात व्याज दिले. ठेवींची मुदत पूर्ण व्याजदर आकारण्यात येईल. झाल्यानंतर गुंतवलेली रक्कम आणि तक्रारदार साठे यांना नुकसान व्याज देण्यास टाळाटाळ केली. भरपाईपोटी एक लाख ४० हजार कंपनीकडून आर्थिक अडचणीचे कारण देण्यात आले होते. आयोगाने याबाबत कंपनीला नोटिसही बजावली होती. कंपनीकडून आयोगासमोर केला असून तक्रारदारांना आर्थिक कोणी हजर झाले नाही. त्यामुळे आयोगाने एकतर्फी प्रकरण चालवून आणि मानसिक त्रासाला सामोरे जावे आदेश दिले. लागले असल्याचे

निकालापासून ४५ दिवसांत रक्कम निकालात म्हटले आहे.

• ई–मेल पत्ते नोंदवण्यासाठी / अद्यायावत करण्याची पध्दत
• अ) ज्या भागधारकांचे समभाग प्रत्यक्ष (फीजीकल) स्वरुपात आहेत त्यांनी स्वतःची स्वाक्षरी असलेले पत्र त्यांचे नाव, फोलीओ नंबर आणि पॅन कार्डची स्वप्रमाणीत केलेली प्रत pune@linkintime.co.in या ई-मेल पत्त्यावर त्यांचा ई–मेल पत्ता व मोबाईल नंबर रजिस्टर करण्यासाठी पाठवावेत.
• ब) ज्या भागधारकांचे समभाग डिमटेरीयलाईज्ड (डिमॅट) स्वरुपात आहेत त्यांनी त्यांचे ई-मेल पत्ते आणि मोबाईल नंबर त्यांच्या डिपॉजीटरी पार्टीसीपंटस (डीपी) कडे नोंद/अद्यायावत करावेत.
• ३. दुरस्थ ई–मतदान करण्याची पध्दत
  • अ) भागधारकांना, सभेच्या सूचनेत नमूद केलेल्या सर्व ठरावांवर मतदान करण्यासाठी ई-मतदान सुविधा उपलब्ध करुन देण्यात येईल. ही सुविधा सभा चालू असताना देखील उपलब्ध राहिल.
  • ब) ज्या भागधारकांचे समभाग प्रत्यक्ष (फिजीकल) अथवा डिमटेरीयलाईज्ड (डिमॅट) स्वरुपात आहेत आणि ज्या भागधारकांनी त्यांचे ई-मेल पत्ते नोंदवलेले नाहीत त्यांना दूरस्थ ई-मतदान करण्यासंबंधीच्या सूचना सभेच्या सूचनेपत्रिकेमध्ये दिलेल्या आहेत
