Indus Towers Limited to announce results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2022, on May 5, 2022 (Thursday)

Gurugram, April 28, 2022: Indus Towers Limited (formerly Bharti Infratel Limited), one of the largest passive telecom infrastructure providers in India, will announce results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2022, on May 5, 2022 (Thursday). Post intimation of results to the Stock Exchanges, the same will be available on the Company's website as per details below:

Indus Towers Limited will conduct an earnings/conference call for interested parties. Members of the senior management will present an overview on the performance of the Company and shall respond to queries of the participants. The call will take place at 2.30 pm IST (5.00 pm in Singapore and Hong Kong, 10.00 am in UK {London} and 5.00 am in USA {Eastern Zone}) on Friday, May 6, 2022.
