Section 1 of the WpHG [the German Securities Trading Act] that his voting
rights held in INDUS Holding AG, Bergisch Gladbach(ISIN: DE0006200108, WKN:
620010) have exceeded on February 28, 2011 the 3% and 5 % threshold of the
voting rights and amount to 8,53 % (this means 1.723.808 voting rights). Of
