On November 21, 2011, Versicherungskammer Bayern Versicherungsanstalt des
öffentlichen Rechts, München, Deutschland has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
INDUS Holding AG, Bergisch Gladbach, Deutschland, have exceeded the 10% and
15% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 11, 2011 and on that day
amounted to 17.36% (this corresponds to 3857704 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.69% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 820702 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Bayerischer Versicherungsverband
Versicherungsaktiengesellschaft.
