Bergisch Gladbach, November 3, 2008 - Dr. Winfried Kill (69), founder,
longstanding Chairman of the Board of Management, and current Chairman of
the Supervisory Board of INDUS Holding AG, has retired from the position he
has held on the Supervisory Board since summer 2002 for health-related
reasons.

His responsibilities will be assumed by Günter Kill, Deputy Chairman of the
Supervisory Board, until such time as a new Chairman of the Supervisory
Board has been elected.
