Directorate change
Indus Gas Limited (AIM:INDI.L), an oil and gas exploration and development company with assets in India, announces changes to the Board.
Jonathan Keeling will become Executive Chairman, having previously been an Executive Director.
Peter Cockburn will leave the board on Monday, 28 March 2022, having been on the board for nearly 9 years. Ajay Kalsi will relinquish his role as CEO and will also step down from the board but will remain an adviser to the Company.
Another high-calibre Board member has been identified and will join the Company upon completion of regulatory formalities, a further announcement of his appointment will be released in due course.
Commenting on the Board changes, Jonathan Keeling, Executive Chairman of Indus, said:
