We wish to inform you that 16[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. through Video Conferencing ("VC")/Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM") in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India, without the physical presence of the members. Deemed Venue for Meeting is Registered Office of the Company situated at, Unit No. 301, 3rd floor, Building 02, Southern Park, Saket, New Delhi-110017
We would further like to inform that the Company has fixed Friday, August 22, 2025 as the cut-off date for the purpose of remote e-voting, for ascertaining the names of the Shareholders holding shares who will be entitled to cast their votes electronically in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the AGM.
The Company will be availing remote e-voting system from MUFG Intime India Private Limited for casting vote, for the purpose of the AGM and during the AGM. The remote e-voting period shall commence at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, August 25, 2025, and end at 05:00 P.M. on Thursday, August 28, 2025.
