The Registrar of Companies, Delhi vide its order dated October 03, 2024, has granted extension of 02 (two) months to conduct Annual General Meeting. The Copy of approval granted by Registrar of Companies, Delhi is attached.

Accordingly, the Company shall convene its Annual General Meeting within such extended timeline and the date of Annual General Meeting shall be intimated in due course of time. Kindly take the above intimation in your record.
