The 14[th] Annual General Meeting of Indosolar Limited “the Company”) will be held on Monday, 28[th] September, 2020 at 11.30 AM through Video Conferencing and other audio Visual means..

Members of the Company holding shares either in physical form or dematerialized form, as on 21-08-2020 (cut-off date), shall be entitled to receive the Annual Report for the FY 2018-19, through their registered email ID.

Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday, 22nd September, 2020 to Monday, 28th September, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 14[th] Annual General Meeting.

The remote e-voting period commences on 25th September, 2020 (9.00 A.M .) and ends on 27th September, 2020 (5.00 P.M.), During this period, Members of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on 21[st] September, 2020 (cut-off date for e-voting), may cast their vote through remote e- voting.
