Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we hereby inform you that Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25[th] August, 2020 appointed Mr. Rahul Singh as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 25[th] August, 2020 to hold office as Nonexecutive Independent Director of the Company.

Mr. Rahul Singh aged 43 years, possesses a degree of Masters in Commerce from DAVV University, Indore, LLB (Hons.) from DAVV University, Indore and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He has over two decades of experience in the field of legal and secretarial in various industries viz. Copper, Automobile, ReaI Estate, Tele-communications, Mobile Manufacturing, Aluminium Foil & Steel sector. He has rich experience in the field of Corporate Legal, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, SEBI, FEMA other laws. He has successfully qualified the Online Proficiency Self-Assessment Test conducted by IICA. Further he has also qualified Crash Courses on Compliance on Securities Laws, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Audit Report and Certification conducted by ICSI New Delhi.

Mr. Rahul Singh is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority as per BSE circular No. LIST/COMP/L4/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018. He is not related to any other Director / Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
