Sub: Change in Key Managerial Personnel (Chief Financial Officer) of the Company

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that based on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company have approved the appointment of Mr. Pramod Ghorpade, as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company in place of Mr. Mandar Borkar with effect from November 2, 2021. Mr. Pramod Ghorpade had joined the Company on September 2, 2021.

The relevant details as per the requirement of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEB! Circular CIRJCFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9[th] September, 2015 are given in the enclosed Annexure.
