In continuation to our intimations dated October 7, 2022 and October 3, 2022, we wish to inform the exchanges that the Company has filed the Certified Copy of Hon’ble NCLT Order dated October 3, 2022 sanctioning the Scheme of amalgamation of Pranavaditya Spinning Mills Limited with the Company, with the Registrar of Companies, Pune in Form INC-28 today i.e. on October 20, 2022. Thus, the Effective Date of the Scheme of Amalgamation is October 20, 2022.

Further, the Appointed Date of the Scheme is October 1, 2020.
