Subject: Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”)
Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we hereby inform the following changes in the Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company, effective from 1[st] January 2026:

Mr. Shreyas Joshi, President – Home Textiles (the Senior Management Personnel), will transition from his existing role to oversee the Domestic Retail Business and drive new strategic initiatives of the Company. He will be re-designated as President – Strategy.

Mr. Malay Mahanti, currently working as Senior Vice President – Commercial (the Senior Management Personnel), will transition from his existing role and assume responsibility for the Home Textiles Business. He will be re-designated as Business Head – Home Textiles.

Mr. Neeraj Kalaskar, currently working as Vice President – Operations (Spinning) will assume responsibility for Company’s procurement and supply chain function and will be designated as Senior Vice President – Procurement & Supply Chain. He will also be a member of the Company’s Senior Management Personnel.
The details of the appointment, as required under Regulation 30 of Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are given in Annexure I herein.

Mr. Shreyas Joshi holds a master’s degree from IIT Delhi (Textiles) and has over 40 years of experience and expertise in various areas including Operations, Sales, Strategy and Supply Chain. He also holds an MBA (Marketing) degree from B.K. School of Professional and Management Studies and possesses strong expertise in Strategic Management, Operational Excellence and People Management. |
Mr. Malay Mahanti holds a master’s degree in commerce and has over 28 years of experience in various areas which include Cost Control and optimisation, Budgeting and forecasting, Productivity Improvement, Process Optimisation, Turnaround Situation, Customer Centricity etc. He also has an MBA (Finance) degree from the International Management Institute, Delhi. Mr. Mahanti has worked with several textile companies and possesses strong expertise in Corporate and Strategic planning, Supply Chain management and Project management. |
Mr. Neeraj Kalaskar holds a bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology and has over 30 years of experience in Business and Sales Management. He has also completed an Executive development program in Corporate Finance & Financial Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Mr. Kalaskar has worked with several textile and FMCG companies and possesses strong expertise in Business Operations and Strategy, Operations Management, Business Process Improvement, Business Development and Project Management. |
