A copy of the said resignation letter is attached as Annexure - A.
The details of the resignation, as required under Regulation 30 of Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13[th] July, 2023, are given in Annexure I herein.
