We wish to inform the Exchange that at the Board Meeting held on 2nd November, 2018, Mr. K. Muralidharan has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)of Indo Count Industries Limited ("the Company") w.e.f. 2nd November, 2018.
Mr. K Muralidharan, by qualifications, is B. Com (Hons.), CAIIB, LL.B,FCS,CFA (Group I), IP with nearly 40 years of vast and rich experience in handling Financial and Corporate functions. He has worked in various industries viz. Banking, Engineering, Textiles, Pharma and Financial Services.
In the past from May 1995 to October 2009, for a long stint of around 14 years, Mr. Muralidharan was associated with Indo Count Industries Ltd as President (Finance) and Company Secretary. In his entire professional career, he has worked with Bank of Baroda, Graphite Vicarb India Ltd, Perfect Circle Victor Ltd, lIoyds Metals and Engineers Ltd and Flamingo Pharmaceuticals Limited. Before joining back Indo Count once again as "President -Finance" in September, 2018, he was Managing Partner with Indcap Advisors Pvt. Ltd.
