Procedure for claiming unclaimed dividend

As per SEBI's Circulars dated 3^rd November 2021 and 14^th December 2021, shareholders holding shares ir physical form are required to send duly filled Form No. ISR-1, Form No. ISR-2, Form No. SH-13 or ISR-3 and other supporting documents including original cancelled cheque along with request letter. The said forms are available on Company's website at https://www.indocount.com/investors/kyc-updation-and-demat As per the aforesaid SEBI Circulars, outstanding dividend payments will be credited directly to the bank
account of the shareholders holding shares in physical form if the folio is KYC compliant and Nomination details are received.

In case shares are held in demat form, shareholders are required to send request letter along with a cop of the client master list and original cancelled cheque

Please note that in the absence of bank details registered against your account with the RTA/Depositor Participant, the payment of outstanding dividend amount cannot be processed

• In case of Equity Shares held in Physical form: Duplicate share certificate(s)/Letter of Confirmation(s) will be issued and the concerned depository shall convert the duplicate share certificate(s)/Letter of Confirmation(s) into Demat form and shall transfer the shares in favour of the IEPF demat account The original share certificate(s) registered in the shareholders' names will stand automatically cand and deemed non-negotiable.
• In case of Equity Shares in demat form: Concerned depository will give effect to the transfer of the
  equity shares liable to be transferred in favour of the IEPF demat account by way of corporate action

All future benefits arising on such shares will also be transferred to the IEPF Authority.

अकरटूबि 2021 और जून 2022 के बीच भारी बबकवाली के बीच बवदेशी संस्ागत बनवेशकों (एफआईआई) ने भारतीय इ सकवटी बाजारों से 30 अरब डॉलर से जयादा की बबकवाली की, लेबकन जुलाई से हालात में बदलाव आया है और उनहोंने बफर से अपनी बदलचसपी बढ़ाई है। बवदेशी बनवेशकों ने जुलाई से अब तक करीब 40,000 करोड रुपये मूलय के शेयरों की खरीदारी की है।

वा हन कलपुजाति बवबनमातिता संघ (एसीएमए) ने सोमवार को बताया बक बवत वषति 2021-22 में इस केत ने 4.2 लाख करोड रुपये का ररकॉड्ट कारोबार दजति बकया है। बनयातित में मजबूत पदशतिन और आफटरमाक्केट सेलस के कारण इसमें बपछले साल की तुलना में 23 फीसदी की बढ़ोतरी हुई है।

जब ऑटो के मूल कलपुज्जे काम करना बंद कर देते हैं तो इसको बदलकर दूसरे कलपुज्जे उपयोग में लाए जाते हैं। ये सामान बजस बाजार में बमलते हैं उसे आफटरमाक्केट कहते हैं।

एक वचुतिअल पेस कां््रेंस में ऑटोमोबटव कंपोनेंट मैनयुफैकचरसति एसोबसएशन ऑफ इंबडया (एएमसीए) ने बताया, 2021 में जहां ऑटो के कलपुज्मों का आयात 33 फीसदी बढ़ा है, वहीं इसके बनयातित में भी 43 फीसदी की बढ़ोतरी हुई है। इसके सा् ही वाहन कलपुजाति बनयातित बढ़कर 1.41 लाख करोड रुपये हो गया। जबबक इसी साल में बनयातित 1.36 लाख करोड रुपये ्ा।

एसीएमए के मुताबबक, चीन सबसे जयादा (कुल कलपुज्मों का लगभग 30 फीसदी) ऑटो कलपुज्मों का बनयातित भारत को करता है। इसके बाद दूसरे नंबर पर जमतिनी है, जो 11 फीसदी बनयातित करता है। एसीएमए ने बताया बक दबकण

सडक पर अबधक वाहनों, वाहनों के लंबे समय तक उपयोग, पुराने वाहनों की मांग में वृबद, सामानों की कीमतों में वृबद और ऑनलाइन खुदरा बवकेताओं जैसे नए बबकी चैनलों के बढ़ने के कारण आफटरमाक्केट का कारोबार 2021-22 में महामारी के पहले जैसी सस्बत में पहुंच गया है। एसीएमए ने कहा, बचप की बकललत, कचचे माल व लॉबजससटकस की ऊंची लागत, वाहन कलपुज्जे के पररवहन के बलए कंटेनर की उपलबधता, बढ़ती महंगाई, ईंधन की बढ़ती कीमतें, बीमा की ऊंची लागत, दोपबहया में उममीद से कम बढ़ोतरी और वाहन कलपुज्मों पर जीएसटी की ऊंची दरें आबद वाहन कलपुजाति उदोग के पमुख अवरोध हैं, बजसका सामना देश का उदोग कर रहा है।

सूतों के मुताबबक, बैंक ऑफ महाराष् भी बॉनड बाजार में उतरने पर बवचार कर रहा है और इसकी योजना 26 अगसत को करीब 700 करोड रुपये के बटयर-1 बॉनड बेचने की है, बजसके सा् अबतररकत आवेदन बनाए रखने का भी बवकलप है।

देश की सबसे बडी एयरपोट्ट सबवतिस एगीगेटर डीमफोकस सबवतिसेज का आईपीओ बुधवार को खुलकर शुकवार को बंद होगा। इस आईपीओ का कीमत दायरा 308 से 326 रुपये पबत शेयर तय बकया गया है। कीमत दायरे के ऊपरी सतर पर कंपनी का मूलयांकन 1,703 करोड रुपये बैठता है। कंपनी का आईपीओ पूरी तरह से ओएफएस है, बजसमें मौजूदा बनवेशक शेयर बेच रहे हैं।

जनवरी में जब कंपनी ने सेबी के पास बववरबणका का मसौदा जमा कराया ्ा तब वह आईपीओ के जररए 2.18 करोड शेयर बेचने पर बवचार कर रही ्ी, जो बाजार में उतारचढ़ाव के कारण अब 20 फीसदी घटकर 1.72 करोड शेयर रह गया है। अब यह इ्यू 562 करोड रुपये का रह गया है। डीमफोकस, केबडट काड्ट कंपबनयों व कॉरपोरेर को अपने कलाइंटों के बलए एयरपोट्ट सेवाओं तक पहुंच बनाती है।
