Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Record Date for the purpose of determining eligibility of Shareholders for Final Dividend of Rs. 1.5/- per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 2/- each for financial year 2020-21 is as under:
