Accordingly, the forensic audit was conducted, however, till date the company has not received an further communication from BSE

Company had received a demand of Rs. 25 Lacs from SEBI vide its order no. EAD/BJD/NJMR/2/2017-18 with regards to redressal of investor grievances through SEBI Complaints Redress System (SCORES). The company has filed an appeal against the demand with Securities Appellate Tribunal Mumbai and via order dated 7th August 2019, the appeal was dismissed. Later the company contested the same in Supreme Courl

holding phase 2, 3 clinical trials

First-Of-Its-Kind Jab To Undergo Trials In India

New Delhi: The first nasal vaccine against Covid-19, developed by Bharat Biotech, has received regulator's nod for conducting phase 2 and 3 clinical trials, the department of biotechnology said on Friday. Phase 1 clinical trial has been completed in age groups ranging from 18 to 60 years, it said.

The regulatory approval has been received for conducting "a phase 2 randomised, multi-centric. clinical trial of heterologus prime-boost combination of SARS-CoV-2 vaccines to evaluate the immunogenicity and safety of BBV152 (Covaxin) with BBV154 (adenoviral intranasal Covid-19) vaccine) in healthy volunteers".

This is the first of its kind Covid-19 jab to undergo human clinical trials in India, it said. BBV154 is an intranasal repli-

New Delhi: Raising concerns over gender gap in Covid-19 vaccine administration, the NCW has written to all states and UTs to take measures to ensure that women are not left behind in the vaccination drive.

"The gap in immunisation coverage between the two genders is a matter of great concern for the commission and, therefore, chairperson Rekha Sharma has written to chief secretaries of all states/UTs to take measures to close the gender gap in vaccination," the NCW said in a tetter to all chief secretaries. Three workers trapped inside factory chimney die, 3 rescued

Porbandar: Three workers died after getting trapped inside the chimney of a cement factory near Ranavav town in Gujara"s Porbandar district, while three others were pulled out alive during an overnight rescue operation, officials said on Friday.

The incident had taken place on Thursday evening when a scaffolding structure, erected for applying color on the inner surface of the chimney, had collapsed, leaving six workers trapped inside it, they said. The Gujarat government had deployed two companies of the National Disaster Response

Force for the rescue operation. The mishap had occurred in the Ranavav-based cement production facility of Saurashtra Cement Limited, which markets cement under the brand name 'HAT-ΗГ.

"Three workers died in the incident, while as many others were rescued from inside the chimney," said Porbandar superintendent of police Ravi Mohan Saini.

The metal scaffolding structure set up inside the chimney had collapsed when the six workers were nearly 40 feet above the ground, officials said.

Camera-mounted drones were sent inside the chimney to locate the workers and establish contact with them. An Indian Coast Guard (ICG) helicopter was used in the rescue operation and some portion of the chimney was razed to

दूध रक्कम भरणा करण्यातून यूथ बँकेला वगळले

कोल्हापूर : जिल्हा दूध संघातील सत्तांतरानंतर कर्मचारी बदली, दूध वाहतूक ठेका रद्द, टँकर भाडे कपातीनंतर आता व्यवहारातून यूथ बँकेला वगळण्याचा निर्णय घेतला. दूध वितरकांनी रकमेचा भरणा यापुढे केवळ जिल्हा बँक, आयसीआयसीआय बँक व आरबीएल बँकेतच भरावी. इतर बँकांमध्ये भरू नये, असे आदेश दिले आहेत. त्यामुळे सुमारे ३५-४० वर्षांपासून यूथ बँकेतील 'गोकुळ'चे व्यवहार ठप्प होणार आहेत. केंद्रचालक व दूध वितरकांनी दूध भरणा रक्कम उपरोक्त बँकांमध्ये गोकुळ संघाच्या खात्यावर जमा करावी. इतर बँकांमध्ये ही रक्कम भरल्यास दूध पुरवठा होणार नाही, असे गोकुळ संघाचे मार्केटिंग व्यवस्थापकांनी आदेशात म्हटले आहे.

जीएममध्ये भागधारकांनी मंजुरी दिल्यास, लाभांश हा कंपनीचे रजिस्ट्रार आणि शेअर ट्रान्सफर एजंट/डिपॉझिटरी पार्टीसिपंट्स .
गंच्याकडे ज्या भागधारकांनी त्यांचे बँक खाते तपशील अद्ययावत केले आहेत त्यांना वेगवेगळ्या ऑनलाईन हस्तांतर प्रणालींद्वारे ले़क्ट्रॉनिकरित्या दिला जाईल. ज्या भागधारकांनी त्यांचे बँक तपशील अद्ययावत केलेले नाहीत त्यांना त्यांच्या नोंदणीक .
त्यांवर वॉरंटस/डिमांड डाफ्टदारे लाभांश पाठवले जातील. आपल्या बँक खात्यात लाभांश थेटपणे डिपॉझिट केले जातील ऱ्या भागधारकांनी अद्याप बँक तपशीलांची नोंद केलेली नाही, त्यांनी त्यांचे बँक तपशील (म्हणजे बँकेचे नाव आणि शाखा, बँक .
खाते क्रमांक, ९ आकडी मायकर क्रमांक, ११ आकडी आयएफएस कोड आणि खात्याचे स्वरूप) कॅन्सल्ड चेकच्या प्रतीस कंपनी/आरटीए यांच्याकडे https://linkintime.co.in/EmailReg/Email Register.html वर क्लिक करून नोंदवावेत अशी विनंती करण्यात येत आहे. एकदा लिंक क्लिक केली की, सदस्यांनी यंत्रणेद्वारे चालवली जाणा^ः प्रक्रियेचे पालन करावे.

एजीएममध्ये जाहीर झाल्यास लाभांशावर कर :

गयनान्स कायदा,२०२० नुसार, एप्रिल १, २०२० पासून भागधारकांना मिळणारी लाभांशाची रक्कम ही करपात्र आहे. म्हणूनन रजीएममध्ये जाहीर झाल्यास लाभांशाची रक्कम जमा करताना कंपनीला पैसे भरताना कराचा जो दर लागू असेल त्याप्रमा म्नोतातच कर देणे (टीडीएस) भाग आहे.
