In view of the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("MCA") has, vide its Circular dated 13th January, 2021 read with Circulars dated, 8 th April, 2020, 13th April, 2020 and 5 th May, 2020 (collectively referred to as "Circulars") permitted the holding of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM"), without the physical presence of the Members at a common venue. Accordingly, Thirty Second (32nd) Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Indo Count Industries Limited ("the Company") will be held on Friday, September 3, 2021 at 12.30 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OVAM) in compliance with aforesaid Circulars and applicable SEBI circulars.

In terms of the said circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), the Company has given public notice by way of advertisement in newspapers viz: Business Standard (Mumbai Edition), Times of India (Kolhapur Edition) in English language, Pudhari (Kolhapur Edition) in Marathi language published on August 10, 2021 informing about 32nd AGM of the Company and other details as per circulars. In terms of the provisions of Regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the copies of following newspapers publications published on August 10, 2021:

'Glaciers in Hindu Kush to continue shrinking'

New Delhi: Glaciers in the Hindu Kush Himalayan (HKH) region will keep shrinking and the snow cover will retreat to higher altitudes, the latest IPCC report said on Monday.

One of the authors of the report, Krishna Achuta Rao, said in the HKH region, the snow cover has reduced since the early 21st century and glaciers have thinned, retreated and lost mass since the 1970s.

However, he said, the Karakoram glaciers have either slightly gained mass or are in an approximately balanced state.

According to the report, mountain glaciers will continue to shrink and permafrost to thaw in all regions where they are present.

Moraine-dammed lakes are normally formed near glacier terminus. These lakes can burst due to excessive melting and can cause floods in the valleys. Many such floods have been reported in the Himalayas and other parts of the world.

Court Monday said the Jharkhand High Court Chief Justice will monitor weekly the progress made in the CBI probe into the alleged mowing down of a judge by a vehicle on July 28 in Dhanbad, and observed that the sealed cover report of the central agency did not contain much details.

जवाहरनगर येथील तरुणाच्या आत्महत्येप्रकरणी घोटवडे (ता. फॅब या चार सल्लागार कंपन्यांनी राधानगरी) येथील कृष्णात साताप्पा पुढाकार घेतला आहे. या कंपन्यांच्या डोंगळे (वय २५) याला राजारामपुरी पोलिसांनी सोमवारी अटक केली. त्यास उद्या, मंगळवारी न्यायालयात हजर करण्यात येणार आहे. जवाहरनगर येथील मंथन उदय

गायकवाड (२२) या तरुणाने शनिवारी ( दि. ६) दुपारी राहत्या घरात गळफास लावून आत्महत्या केली होती. आत्महत्येपूर्वी तरुणाने लिहलेली चिठ्ठी पोलिसांना आढळून आली होती. संशयित कृष्णांत हा मंथनचा मित्र होता. त्याने मंथनकडून उसने पैसे घेतले होते. शिवाय संगणकाचा सीपीयुही नेला होता, उसनवार घेतलेले पैसे देण्यास टाळाटाळ करीत होता. मात्र, संशयिताने वारंवार पैशांची

मागणी केल्यास बदनामी करेन अशी धमकी दिल्याने मंथन भेदरला होता. त्यातून त्याने अभ्यासाच्य खोलीत गळफास लावून आत्महत्या केली होती.मंथनच्या आईने दिलेल्या फिर्यादीनुसार कृष्णात डोंगळेविरुद्ध गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला आहे असे पोलिस निरीक्षक सीताराम डुबल यांनी सांगितले.

शाळतून टीव्ही लंपास

नागपाल यांचे सोमवारी सकाळी निधन झाले. दुपारनंतर त्यांच्या पार्थिवावर निगम बोध घाट येथे अंत्यसंस्कार करण्यात आले.

संत निरंकारी मंडळाचे प्रधान

विशन दास नागपाल यांचा जन्म ४ ऑक्टोबर १९३४ रोजी मुजफ्फरनगर (आताच्या पाकिस्तानात) झाला. १९४७

मध्ये देशाची फाळणी झाल्यानंतर ते परिवारासह भारतात आले. गोहाना (जि. रोहतक) येथे ते स्थायिक झाले. त्यांनी पंजाबमधून इलेक्ट्रिकल इंजिनियर पदवी संपादन केली. सार्वजनिक बांधकाम विभागात त्यांनी लाईन सुपरिटेंडेंट पदावर काम केले. १९६६ मध्ये ते सेवादल शिक्षक बनले. पंजाबच्या मुक्तसर येथे ते सेवादल संचालक झाले. याचठिकाणी १९७५ मध्ये त्यांना सेवादल क्षेत्रीय संचालक म्हणून सेवा प्रदान करण्यात आली. त्यांची भक्ती पाहून बाबा हरदेवसिंह महाराज यांनी १९८७ मध्ये उपमुख्य संचालक (प्रशासन) मुख्यालय या रूपात सेवा सुपूर्द केल्या. वर्ष २००९ मध्ये त्यांनी संत निरंकारी मंडळाचे महासचिव म्हणून जबाबदारी पार पाडली. वर्ष २०१८ मध्ये माता सुदीक्षा महाराज यांनी उपप्रधान म्हणून त्यांना सेवा बहाल केली. सर्मपण भाव व तन्मयतेने त्यांनी सर्व सेवा पार पाडल्या.
