NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1), the Company announces that following the demerger of the Company from Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("RB") and the admission to trading of the Company's shares, notification was received today that the following individuals had received a grant of Indivior options and awards under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") pursuant to an irrevocable form of election under which certain RB executives moving to a demerged Indivior elected to convert RB options and awards granted in December 2012 under RB's LTIP into Indivior options and awards in accordance with the formula set out in the LTI conversion letter and subject to the rules of the Indivior LTIP:
