INDIVIOR PLC (THE 'COMPANY')

NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ('PDMR') AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

The Company announces that it received notification on August 8, 2019 that Howard Pien, Chair, acquired 50,000 shares at a price of $0.746725 per share on August 7, 2019 and acquired a further 50,000 shares at the price of $0.7359 per share on August 8, 2019.  Following this transaction, Howard Pien has an interest in 146,219 shares in the Company.

The Company also announces that it received notification on August 8, 2019 that Peter Bains, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 54,000 shares at a price of £0.60699 per share.  Following this transaction, Peter Bains has an interest in 54,000 shares in the Company.
