INDIVIOR PLC (THE 'COMPANY')

NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ('PDMR') AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

The Company announces that on 2 May 2018 Richard Simkin, a PDMR, acquired 641,732 Ordinary Shares of US$0.10 in the Company following the exercise of an option at a price of £1.11 per share, pursuant to the Rules of the Indivior Long-Term Incentive Plan.  All shares were subsequently sold at the price of £4.525325 per share.  The sale was due to personal circumstances associated with Mr Simkin's divorce settlement.

Richard Simkin retains an interest in 542,453 shares in the Company.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
