INDIVIOR PLC (THE 'COMPANY')

NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

The relevant notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.

The Company announces that it was notified on March 13, 2018 of the following changes to the interests of a director and person discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMR') in the Ordinary Shares of $0.10 each in the Company ('Shares').

In accordance with the Rules of the Indivior Long-Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP'), on March 12, 2018 the Director and PDMR named below received Shares following the vesting of a Conditional Award granted on March 11, 2015 pursuant to the LTIP. The award vested at 73.5% of maximum.
