INDIVIOR PLC (the 'Company')

NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY DIRECTOR/PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY (PDMR)

The Company has a sponsored Level 1 American Depositary Receipt (ADR) facility in the United States, with each ADR representing five ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the Company ('Shares').  ADRs are traded on the US over-the-counter market.

The Company announces that it received notification on 27 June 2016 that Javier Rodriguez, a PDMR, jointly purchased with his wife, Mrs Maite Ruiz Rodriguez, 8,045 ADRs, representing 40,225 Shares, on 27 June 2016 at a price of US$14.82 per ADR.  The transaction took place in the United States of America.

As a result of this transaction, Javier Rodriguez now has an interest in 62,204 Shares in the Company.

This announcement is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
