INDIVIOR PLC (the 'Company')

NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY DIRECTOR/PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY (PDMR)

The Company has a sponsored Level 1 American Depositary Receipt (ADR) facility in the United States, with each ADR representing five ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the Company ('Shares').  ADRs are traded on the US over-the-counter market.

The Company announces that it received notification on 11 May 2016 that Jon Fogle, a PDMR, purchased 200 ADRs, representing 1,000 Shares, on 11 May 2016 at a price of US$11.2103 per ADR.  A further purchase of 8,900 ADRs, representing 44,500 shares at a price of US$11.24 per ADR was also made on 11 May 2016.  Both transactions took place in the United States of America.

As a result of these transactions, Jon Fogle now has an interest in 65,500 Shares in the Company.

This announcement is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
