NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1), the Company announces that notification was received on 27 March 2015 that Shaun Thaxter, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired an interest in 20,000 ordinary shares of US0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on at price of 196p per Ordinary Share on 27 March 2015.

As a result of the above, Shaun Thaxter now has an interest in 500,000 Ordinary Shares.
