NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1), the Company announces that notification was received on 30 March 2015 that Frank Stier, a person discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company, acquired an interest in 7,000 ordinary shares of US0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on at price of 196.856p per Ordinary Share on 30 March 2015.

As a result of the above, Frank Stier now has an interest in 7,000 Ordinary Shares.
