In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1), the Company announces that notification was received on 23 March 2015 that Javier Rodriguez, a person discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company, acquired the following interests in ordinary shares of US0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 23 March 2015:
