NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1), the Company announces that notification was received on 20 March 2015 that Jon Fogle, a person discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company, acquired the following interests in ordinary shares of US0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 19 March 2015:
