Chair to take a leave of absence

Indivior PLC announces that the Chair, Howard Pien, is to take a leave of absence for medical reasons.  Daniel Tassé will act as Interim Chair in Mr Pien's absence.

Daniel joined the Board in 2014 and was appointed Senior Independent Director in 2016 (bio). He is a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees and is also a member of the Special Committee.

In considering Mr Tassé's appointment as Interim Chair, the Board took into account his deep understanding of the pharmaceuticals sector and Indivior's business and his confirmation that he is able to devote sufficient time to the role.
