Indivior PLC - Board Committee Changes

Slough, UK and Richmond, VA, February 13, 2020 - Indivior PLC announces that Daniel Tassé will step down as Chair of the Audit Committee and Graham Hetherington will take on the role of Chair of that Committee.  These changes will be effective from March 31, 2020.

Following this change, the membership of the Audit Committee will be as follows:
