Indivior PLC - Board Committee Changes

Slough, UK and Richmond, VA, December 9, 2019 - Indivior PLC announces that Tom McLellan will step down as Chair of the Science & Policy Committee and Peter Bains will take on the role of Chair of that Committee.  These changes will be effective from January 1, 2020.

Following these changes, the membership of the Science & Policy Committees will be as follows:
