Indivior PLC - Board Committee Changes

Slough, UK and Richmond, VA, October 31, 2019 - Indivior PLC announces that Graham Hetherington will be appointed a member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from November 1, 2019.

Tatjana May will be appointed a member of the Science and Policy Committee and will step down from the Remuneration Committee on the same date.

Following these changes, the membership of the Remuneration and Science & Policy Committees will be as follows:
