Indivior PLC - Board Committee Changes

Slough, UK and Richmond, VA, November 2, 2017 - Indivior PLC (LON: INDV) announces that Daniel Tassé, Senior Independent Director, has been appointed a member of the Remuneration Committee and has stepped down from the Science and Policy Committee.

Lizabeth Zlatkus has been appointed a member of the Science and Policy Committee and has stepped down from the Remuneration Committee.

All changes became effective on November 1, 2017 and, as a result, the membership of these committees is now as follows:
