NOTICE OF CHANGE OF AUDITOR

To: MNP LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants (“MNP”)

And to: Harbourside CPA LLP (“Harbourside”)

And to: British Columbia Securities Commission Alberta Securities Commission Ontario Securities Commission

MNP was dismissed as the Company’s auditor effective August 3, 2021. Pursuant to the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia), the directors have appointed Harbourside as the Company’s auditor in the place and stead of MNP until the close of the next annual general meeting of the Company.

In accordance with section 4.11 of National Instrument 51-102, Continuous Disclosure Obligations (“ NI 51-102 ”), we confirm that:

• 1. MNP was dismissed on August 3, 2021 and Harbourside was appointed by the Board of Directors on August 4th, 2021.
• 1. The dismissal of MNP and the appointment of Harbourside were approved by the Board of Directors.
• 1. MNP has no modified opinion in its audit report for the most recently completed fiscal year of the Company or any subsequent period; and
• 1. There have been no “reportable events” as defined in NI 51-102.
