Director Resignation

Indiana Resources Limited (ASX: IDA) ( ‘Indiana’ or the ‘Company’ ) wishes to advise that Mr Steven Zaninovich has resigned from the Board of Indiana with effect from 28[th] February 2021. Steven is currently an independent, non-executive director, having been appointed to the Board on 28[th] February 2019 and has resigned due to the level of work commitments he has under a growing portfolio of roles.
