Appointment of CFO and Joint Company Secretary

• Mr Trevor Harris appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary

• Mr Harris brings extensive experience with ASX listed companies in mining and general industry both in Australia and overseas

• The appointment finalises the transition of all financial management in house, supporting increased activity across its 5,090km² tenement holding in the Central Gawler Craton

Indiana Resources Limited ( ASX: IDA ) (“ Indiana ” or the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Trevor Harris as the Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary effective today. Mr Harris will lead all financial management and regulatory reporting responsibilities for the Company, bringing these activities in house. Miss Aida Tabakovic will continue as Joint Company Secretary for the Company for the foreseeable future.

Mr Harris is a qualified accountant with over 25 years financial experience, the last 12 years at CFO roles with companies with market capitalisation up to $500M. With experience in executive and senior leadership roles with Atlas Pearls and Perfumes Ltd, Alcyone Resources Ltd, Sphere Minerals Ltd and Shield Mining Ltd, Mr Harris is well placed to lead this important function as activities in the Central Gawler Craton increase.

The decision to transition financial management and regulatory reporting activities in house has been prompted by the increase in activities across Indiana’s 5,090km² project area in the Central Gawler Craton region of South Australia. With recent excellent drill results and an expanded exploration programme now underway, an in-house approach is warranted to ensure dedicated management support and financial efficiencies.
